Team Registration

  • Only APPC approved captains can register teams before 15th July.
  • Team size: 10–12 players (6–7 Male / 4–5 Female)
  • Passport: JPG/PNG only · Max 2MB per file · Must match representing country
  • Fee: USD 499 per team (Payment instructions will be shared after review & approval.)

    Only APPC approved captains can register the team before 15th July, with the following conditions:

    Min 10 players, 6 Male and 4 Female
    Max 12 players, 7 Male and 5 Female
    Only passport from the country

    Note: The passport file size should not exceed 2MB and it only accepts PNG and JPG file formats.

      Before submitting:

      • Please review all details using the Back button if needed.

      • All passport files must be JPG/PNG and under 2MB.

      • Passports must match the representing country.

      After submission, our organizing team will review your registration and contact you with payment details and next steps.
